Homosexual Marriage

Last week, I have focused on marriage topic which is a controversial issue as a whole.Same-sex marriage is another problematic side of the marriage.
When we discuss about homosexual relationships, generally we do not care we hurt them or not.I mean the way we handle with that issue must be thoughtful in order not to put them in insulting position.However, for conservative side there is nothing to handle with because they cannot stand homosexuals.Acceptance is related to culture and people's upbringing way, so it is normal to see that people who belong to different cultures give different reactions.For example, in Turkey as one of my friend said in class, if government legitimize homosexual marriage, (of course it is impossible with this government) these people might be killed.I totally agree with my friend.Therefore, firstly society have to realize and accept that individuals' relationships and private lifes are none of our business.After that process, government might allow homosexual marriages.I think seeing gay couple does not affect our thoughts about marriage or personal relationships.

Marriage

I think marriage is a part of social structure which consists of loyalty more importantly love. Marriage has several distinctive meaning. When we consider undeveloped countries, mostly women regard marriage as an insurance of their life because they are not economically independent. This leads to misunderstanding of the concept of marriage and to show up unhealthy marriages. I mean nowadays economic difficulty, pressure of family and society are main determiners for marriage. Also if we look at that point of view, marriage seems as an obligation that is enforced by society. In the formation of this idea, traditions and customs play significant role.
